Microgreens & Hummus Wrap
πΈ Ingredients:
β 1 whole wheat wrap
β 2 tbsp hummus
β Β½ cup mixed microgreens (alfalfa, sunflower, radish)
β Β½ avocado (sliced)
β ΒΌ cucumber (sliced)
β ΒΌ red bell pepper (sliced)
β Salt & pepper to taste
πΈ Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Spread hummus evenly over the wrap.
2οΈβ£ Layer with avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, and microgreens.
3οΈβ£ Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roll tightly.
4οΈβ£ Slice in half and enjoy a nutrient-packed lunch!
