Microgreens Ramen Bowl
πΈ Ingredients:
β 1 pack ramen noodles
β 2 cups vegetable broth
β Β½ cup sliced mushrooms
β 1 boiled egg (optional)
β Β½ cup mixed microgreens (pak choi, parsley, radish)
β 1 tbsp soy sauce
β Β½ tsp chili flakes
β 1 tsp sesame oil
πΈ Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
2οΈβ£ In a pot, heat vegetable broth, add mushrooms, and simmer for 5 minutes.
3οΈβ£ Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
4οΈβ£ Top with microgreens and a boiled egg.
